Prior to the start of the 23-24 winter season, Walleye President Justin Ihle and Walleye Treasurer Matt Knapp announced they were stepping down from their officer roles but would remain with the club as players and captains. After uncontested elections, Scott Birkins has been elected President and Don Andrews Treasurer of the Fighting Walleye Hockey Club. Because Scott Birkins is currently club Secretary, a special election will be held to temporarily fill that role until the next Secretary election in September 2024.
